Shipping & Delivery

We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.
Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

After payment of your order, we will ship the order within 3 business days, BUYER is solely responsible for customs clearance of the goods. The buyer chooses a convenient postal service (check in advance for information on delivery times to your country)

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 60 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

You are also responsible for ensuring that the products you ordered may be legally shipped into the destination country. We are not responsible for any shipments that are seized, confiscated or destroyed by government authorities in connection with an international shipment.

We ship to almost any address in the world. Carriers do not always deliver to select countries and certain products cannot be shipped to international destinations due to restrictions.

Buyers are responsible for their Custom Clearance, including Custom Clearance or Custom Fees. We are responsible to ship your Order to your Country only. If your shipment is Lost during shipment within your Country, buyers are not eligible for any Refunds.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL TAXES OR IF GOODS ARE CONFISCATED BY CUSTOMS.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that shoes sent internationally need to clear customs and we cannot be held responsible for any delays within the destination country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 1-2 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Important note: Depending on the product that you have ordered, it will be shipped from our warehouses in UK, Serbia or China

IF ITEM NOT ARRIVES TO DESTINATION COUNTRY IN 30 DAYS, WE MAKE REFUND or SEND NEW ITEM.

VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. These taxes & duties vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process.
